Summary:

The HR Manager will have responsibility for Learning and Development, Recruiting, Employee Relations, HR Projects.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

This position will collaborate with the HR team, and have partial or full responsibility for the following areas, depending on priority, and level of experience:

Learning and Development: New Employee Orientation, Compliance, Employee / Leadership Development, point of contact for coordinating Bank-wide training

Recruiting: Responsible for the recruiting process, end to end. Collaborate with leaders on interview and selection for VP positions and below

Employee Relations: Partner with leaders and employees to resolve workplace issues

HR Projects: Research HR best practices; utilize change and project management skills to recommend, create or improve HR processes, and programs


Secondary Responsibilities:

 

Ensure compliance with employment Federal and State laws

 

NMLS site compliance

 

Back-up to VP/HR Ops Manager, Payroll

 

Local travel to Company locations or events

 

Identify and pursue areas of self-development

 

Collaborate with Employee Communications on HR communications

 

Other duties as assigned

 


Predictable, reliable attendance

 

This role does not have any direct reports

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

BA/BS degree from an accredited 4-year institution

5-10 years in Human Resources leadership

3+ years in Training

Recruiting

Employment Law

Project Management

Workplace Investigations

HRIS experience preferred

Financial Services experience preferred
