Position Description


Southern Oregon ESD (SOESD) is seeking a highly qualified professional to provide collaborative leadership for management of human resources.  The Human Resources Manager coordinates the activities of staff that support HR functions and supports program leaders with personnel issues, while developing, recommending, and facilitating personnel policies, procedures, and practices that result in effective and efficient organizational operations.  The Human Resources Manager also manages other program operations as requested by the superintendent.

The successful candidate should possess strong skills in interpersonal and public relations, effective conflict resolution, and the proven ability to produce cost efficiencies through resource management while utilizing principles of honesty, integrity and accuracy in all matters.  The Human Resources Manager promotes and supports a positive culture with all staff while promoting efficient and effective program operations, and playing a collaborative role in the development of highly efficient integrated organizational systems, including business services, and risk management.

Compensation


SOESD provides a competitive salary and benefit package.  Salary approximately $80,896 to $117,162 based on 2016/17 schedule, depending on qualifications and experience.  SOESD is an equal opportunity employer.
