Job Details

An hour east of Portland, Oregon, situated along the banks of the Columbia River, are the natural hot springs of Bonneville, Washington. The restorative properties of these natural springs have been drawing visitors since the late 1800s. In 2017, Foundations Recovery Network arrived to begin offering co-occurring addiction treatment in a modern lodge setting. In our residential center nestled among the pines, a team of treatment professionals administers a comprehensive, integrated program aimed at addressing the needs of each unique individual. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, group and one-on-one sessions, along with holistic offerings provide patients with the tools needed to get to the root of their issues and find lasting recovery.

FRN is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager, to plan, manage, and coordinate the human resources activities within our residential healing facility. The HRM plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming company culture. It is the responsibility of this role to ensure that the Human Resources Department fulfills its purpose: to be a strategic partner between the organization and the employees who successfully make it function on a day-to-day basis.

Are you drawn to the interpersonal facet of a large and growing company? Do you want to put your employee relations, labor relations, recruiting and all administrative skills to work in a setting where you will truly change lives? Are you able to inspire people to follow rules, policies, and procedures, while boosting morale and creating a supportive and encouraging work environment? Do you want to serve as a Brand Ambassador to FRN? If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity you’ve been looking for! This position will be located at Foundations Recovery Network’s residential facility, located in North Bonneville, Washington.
