Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop an HR system from the ground up to best serve the mission and scope of the company
  • Develop and recommend human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
  • Work with senior management to drive and sustain cultural initiatives
  • Facilitate and standardize performance management (i.e. goal setting, monthly one-to-ones, and annual reviews)
  • Organize quarterly town halls (operations, commercial, and engineering/quality)
  • Work with managers to draft job descriptions and recruit talent
  • Manage Quality Management System employee records and safety training documentation
  • Organize and lead employee orientations and necessary trainings (i.e. sexual harassment, safety, etc.)
  • Refine and implement compensation policy, including managing PayScale information
  • Develop and oversee professional development programs
  • Benefits (including company-sponsored meals) and payroll administration
  • Policy and procedure development in close collaboration with Quality Assurance
  • Research, develop, and implement a standardized interviewing process for organization
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Point-of-contact for all employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and policies

Requirements

Work Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience in recruiting, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR systems.

 

Education/Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
