Job Details

The HR Manager is a vital partner in Bringing the Bible to Life by assisting the organization in hiring, developing and retaining exceptional people. The HR Manager must champion organizational health by partnering with our leaders and teams to nurture our corporate culture through employee relations, training and development and traditional HR disciplines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Model the organization's mission and values; high standard of behavior and high productivity.
  • Consistently deliver on the content and expectations of your area of responsibility.
  • Counsel employees and managers regarding employee relations.
  • Partner with Managers and Supervisors to lead employee placements (promotions, transfer, exits, etc.) throughout their employment experience along with overseeing the performance appraisal program.
  • Provide guidance regarding policies, government requirements and risk mitigation.


Requirements Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent experience required.
  • Genuine concern for the welfare of people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to discreetly handle confidential information.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the "First team" concept.
  • Ability to remain calm and rational under the pressure and time demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer experience and competency including Microsoft office.
