Job Details

Coordinate, conduct and administer RRG recruitment, human resources and benefits programs to ensure the retention and attraction of highly qualified and motivated employees and compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and other government laws and regulations. The HR Manager is expected to look for ways the company can improve the lives of our staff, think outside the box for creative ideas to implement; small practices that could set us apart and make us the best place to work in hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Employment law compliance
  • Employee relations
  • Advise and coach Managers on HR policies and programs
  • Personnel records management
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed
  • Maintain and revise the employee handbook as needed
  • Recommend training on various topics
  • Develop and/or rewrite job descriptions and organizational charts as needed
  • Benefits administration
  • Assist with managing claims resolutions, open enrollment and other benefit information
  • Oversee performance management 


Minimum of three years generalist human resources experience with an emphasis on recruitment and benefits.

Schedule: flexibility is welcome; between 25 and 30 hours per week.
