Job Details

The Recruiting Specialist will function in dual capacity as both a recruiter and a support role. This role will manage the coordination and logistics of the assigned recruiting team as well as manage the recruiting life cycle of an employee.


The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and selecting high quality candidates.

At least three years of experience as a recruiter:

  • Full life cycle recruiting to include souring, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, applicants, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Knowledgeable about HR related laws, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • PC proficient to include MS Office, MS Exchange or Outlook, and the Internet..
  • Provide support to the HR and Recruiting Department.
  • Utilization of a resume and applicant tracking database.
  • Be flexible to travel.
