Quest Service Group is a national retail services company that provides a broad range of in-store merchandising and installation services to leading product manufacturers, retailers and fixture, display and graphics vendors. Our nationwide coverage, solid project management and best-in-class reporting systems enable us to help our clients drive their retail performance to the next level.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all recruitment initiatives for our staffing division. He/she will oversee all recruitment strategies for the company, set directive for recruiters, build recruitment relationships with job boards, and understand the organization and how to appropriately brand us in the market place to attract experienced associates. In addition, the HRM will be responsible for new hire orientation, on-boarding, and working with operations to develop training programs. This person will also lead the company safety initiates and track OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with VP's and position supervisors to ensure that the staff recruits, interviews and recommends qualified employee candidates who can best contribute to the success and growth of the company.
  • Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
  • Work with recruiting staff to determine and implement advertising budget and further develop the employee referral program.
  • Act as liaison with area employment agencies, preparation and liaison with advertising agencies, processing and checking advertising agency billings, liaison with staffing agencies.
  • Develops department goals and motivates team towards the common achievement of those goals. Provide individuals with professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of national recruitment experience with a knowledge of multi state laws in light industrial or merchandising industry preferred.
  • 3 years of management experience preferred.      
  • History of developing on-boarding and training programs to acclimate and retain work force.
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and experience in developing safety programs to reduce injury exposure.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously by determining appropriate priority and attention.  
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web-based technology, on-line job boards, and Applicant Tracking Software.
