Job Details

    • Oversee recruiting, interviewing and selecting employees to fill vacant positions. Manage the hiring process and outsourced staffing utilization to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.       Also ensure practices foster attracting, motivating and retaining a high-performing diverse workforce.       Continually update and improve the hiring process.
    • Run the annual evaluations process firm wide.       Run process for the development of employee goals and maintain up to date job descriptions for all employees/positions.
    • Coordinate all employee terminations and run the exit interview process. Use the exit checklist to ensure all forms and processes are completed on a timely basis.
    • Oversee company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws as well as manage labor contract compliance. Maintain and update these procedures to keep current.
    • Maintain an updated version of various HR materials, including employee benefits packets, new hire packet, employee manual.
    • Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies including but not limited to maintaining attendance and all other records, excluding payroll.

  • Participate in business unit strategic planning and forecasting activities particularly as they relate to staffing, manpower planning and development.

Requirements

College degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 5+ years experience in a management or executive role.
  • Strong computer skills such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Client service focus and interpersonal skills.
