Come join our Global Human Resources Team as a Learning Program Manager.




The Learning Program Manager will be responsible for creating strategy and developing Global training and development programs.




To achieve this, we are seeking a strong leader that can innovate, move quickly, and deliver an unforgettable experience.




  • Develop strategy that will align with the organizational needs. Collaborate with business leaders, managers and employees to execute training plans consistent with corporate and business strategies.

  • Create and oversee training programs.

  • Create competency models and career paths.

  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve programs.

  • Manage, facilitate and execute training programs that incorporate classroom, virtual, on-the-job, self-paced and other learning methodologies.

  • Externally benchmark best practices to leverage within the company. Stay current with trends.

  •  Manage university rotation program. Identify participants’ role, coordinate performance reviews, manage transitions between rotations and managers.








  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning or related field. Master’s degree, a plus.

  • ATD Certifications preferred.

  • At least 10 years’ experience developing and conducting corporate training programs for a professional, global workforce.  Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

  • Strategic thinking while being execution oriented. Strong business acumen.

  • Global training and development experience. Development of programs that meet the needs of a global professional workforce.

  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, influencing skills. Exceptional written and verbal skills.

  • Understanding of instructional design process for both classroom and online training.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

  • Agile decision-maker. Self-motivated, independent worker. Strong bias for action.

  • Ability to travel more than 40%.
