Job Details

The School of Professional Studies (SPS) at Columbia University invites applications for one or more full-time positions at the rank of Lecturer in Discipline or Senior Lecturer in Discipline. Successful applicants will teach management courses across programs in one or more of the following areas:

-technology management
-leadership
-strategic management
-negotiation and conflict resolution
-organizational psychology
-human resources/human capital management
-organizational behavior

The positions will begin on July 1, 2017. These are full-time appointments with multi-year renewal contingent on successful review.

Successful candidates will exhibit a commitment to excellence in teaching, mentoring, instructional design, and professional practice and/or scholarship.

Ideal candidates will hold a doctoral degree, terminal degree, or its professional equivalent in business, management, leadership, psychology, or related fields in the discipline.
