Position Summary:
As our Manager of Employment Brand and Recruiting, you will build a phenomenal employer brand strategy and candidate experience across the globe. We’re not talking about the type of brand that simply mirrors what other organizations are doing - we’re talking about leading the way – on every level!

In addition to setting the bar for other organizations to follow, you will lead and develop a team of outstanding talent acquisition experts with deep networks and an inner drive to change the way people learn about and consider professional opportunities.
  Your end goal will include creating a talent pipeline filled with fantastic people eager to join our NAVEX Global team!



In This Role You Will Often:

  • Partner with hiring managers across the globe to understand position requirements and needs, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process.

  • Develop and lead a small team of talent recruiters to support our talent pipeline.

  • Recruit for mid/senior level positions.

  • Identify interests with managers, business leaders, and team members to refine candidate search criteria.

  • Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.

  • Manage the implementation of a new global careers website that showcases the experience people can have at NAVEX Global and the unique story each team has to offer candidates.

  • Develop and use social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool by partnering with our Marketing Team to drive engagement strategies and metrics.

  • Update job descriptions to be video based – create a “job chat” concept that enables people to quickly learn about an opportunity at NAVEX and why they would love being on our team.

  • Create and evolve a high touch and best in class candidate experience.

  • Assist in the content development of an employment brand blog that showcases life inside NAVEX and our ability to serve as a thought leader in relationship to employment brand initiatives.

  • Lead initiatives that enable NAVEX Global to be recognized as a “Best Place to Work.”

  • Equip managers with tools and information to strengthen their candidate evaluation and decision making process.

  • Manage key analytic reports related to our hiring trends, time to fill, and other relative data.

  • Develop a talent pipeline through a variety of programs including:

  • An internship program

  • LinkedIn navigation

  • Representation at strategic Events

  • And other key events/activities.


This Job Might Be For You If You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree and prior work related experience or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, either in business or recruiting marketing.

  • Experience branding for/attracting technical and sales professionals.

  • 5+ years of dedicated recruiting experience, focused in employer brand, recruiting programs and/or recruiting technology.

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing talent.

  • A passion to advocate for creating and maintaining an elite candidate experience and desire to lead the way.

  • Creative thinking and passion that drives innovative strategies and improves quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, mobile, digital, etc.

  • A career track that showcases your natural abilities and commitment to develop yourself, and coach and develop others.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence and successfully negotiate.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently both independently and proactively.

  • A commitment to collaborate with people and experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds, including our portfolio recruiting managers and vendors.

  • A commitment to do the right things right.
