The Manager Human Resources - Employee Engagement is a newly created and high impact position that is a strategic partner to the business. The Manager is a proven HR Leader with a specialization in employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to roll up your sleeves and jump into the construction industry. The Manager is responsible for a wide range of human capital activities and initiatives including: employee engagement/events; website content management/development; training; communication; HR Business Partner, performance management; and strategic initiatives.


The ideal candidate should have a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; five years of full time experience with an HR generalist background; three years in a managerial/supervisory capacity; and knowledge of working with electronic documents, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong technical writing abilities and HR Professional certifications preferred.
