Job Details

Provides specialized technical support for Human Resources information systems (HRIS) to all levels of the organization

1. Installs, operates, tests and maintains Human Resources information systems. Manages system resources including capacity, availability, security and recovery in conjunction with MHS IT

2. Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems

3. Collaborates on systems strategic planning, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and training initiatives

4. Serves as an internal resource and consultant regarding the functioning and administration of assigned systems

Education: HS diploma or equivalent

Licensure, Certification and Registration: None required

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. May require specialized knowledge of a business line

Required Work Experience: Five years experience in Lawson/ Talent Management. Successful management of an implementation od a new system as well as upgrades. Experience in leading and managing a team
