Job Details

We are seeking a collaborative Human Resource Manager for our South Sioux City Corporate and Regional office to provide vision and business partnership while helping to lead a culture where our biggest asset is our people. Contribute to the overall human resource strategy and collaborate with a larger Human Resources team. Model and reinforce organizational values and culture. Serve as an advisor and partner to managers to onboard, grow, engage and retain talent across all areas of insurance.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree, HR certification strongly preferred
  • At least 7 years human resource experience in a Manager or Director role
  • Diplomatic leadership, management, coaching, consultation and facilitation skills
  • Steadfast integrity, ethics and commitment to lifelong learning
