Manager of Benefits and Wellness Programs

Make a significant, positive impact on the lives of others as you perform these critical functions:

  • Effectively manage teammate benefits and wellness programs through strong vendor management, third-party administration/outsourcing, case management, reporting, and measurement
  • Analyze trends and projections to make innovative and strategic recommendations
  • Ensure that the benefits team is knowledgeable and provides a superior teammate experience
  • Survey industry and community to determine RSF competitive position in teammate benefit plans
  • Develop, recommend, and deploy new/modified plans, teammate benefits policies, and wellness programs while supervising administration of existing plans
  • Develop cost control procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage at the least possible cost to organization and teammate
  • Collaborate across HR functions and with operations leaders to ensure that benefits are an integrated component of teammates' total rewards

Contact us if you meet these requirements
  • At least 5 years progressive experience in employee benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Expertise with federal regulations concerning employee benefits, including ERISA, Section 125, COBRA, and HIPAA
  • Knowledge of how fully insured plans work (vs. self-insured plans)
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in employee database systems, Word and Excel
