The Manager, Talent Management a key member of the Global Diversity & Inclusion/Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE).  The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic global team working to enhance individual, team and organizational performance to enable Air Products to outgrow and outperform its competitors around the world.  Reporting directly to the Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion/Talent Management, the role is responsible for collaborating with HR colleagues and business leaders globally to develop and deliver global solutions related to performance development, career management, succession planning, talent development and organizational effectiveness.    


Specific responsibilities include: 
 

  • Participate on the Global Diversity & Inclusion /Talent Management COE leadership team and the Global Learning and Development COE Network. 
  • Support the on-going implementation of Performance Development and Individual Career Planning to build overall organizational effectiveness and strengthen the talent pipeline. 
  • Facilitate the global implementation of the Annual Talent Review/Succession Planning Cycle, working with HR Business Partners around the world.
  • Play a leadership role in delivering HR technology solutions to support Talent Management processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners globally on solutions related to the assessment and development of high potential talent.
  • Develop senior leadership talent for the organization by partnering in the design and facilitation of Air Product’s global Experienced Manager Program, track and measure effectiveness. 
  • Provide facilitative leadership for the Air Products University.
  • Provide professional development and career coaching to high potential talent.
  • Design and deliver organizational effectiveness tools and programs to support change management, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.

 

 

Requirements

Desired Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Effectiveness or Business required.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience with Leadership Development and Talent Management, preferably with multinational employer. Diversity & Inclusion experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communications, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Instructional design experience, and desire to continue to learn and master innovations in the L&D delivery space (i.e. Micro-learning, gamification, mobile, etc.)
  • Highly effective collaboration, partnering and influence skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work across different cultures and experience working with global stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Certifications in key talent assessments, including MBTI, DiSC and EQ, preferred
