The Acute Care Division is seeking Market Nurse Recruiters to lead nurse recruitment in California, East/Washington, DC , Florida/South Carolina, Nevada, and Texas/Oklahoma.

As the Market Nurse Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the market’s full cycle recruitment process. You will partner with local HR and Nursing Administration to develop, implement and monitor candidate sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will identify proactive sourcing strategies through utilization of social media sites, niche job boards, and nurse specific professional organizations, as well as, develop and maintain relationships with colleges/universities to promote recommendation for employment and work with external advertising agency on national sourcing efforts inclusive of direct mail, email blasts and virtual career fairs. You will conduct behavior-based interviews and analyze applicants’ attributes in relation to specialized training, certification and work status with consideration to open requisitions across the company to determine possible multiple uses in placement.


The qualified candidate must have: • A Bachelor's degree, RN • 3+ years of healthcare experience highly preferred • Proficiency with computer applications: ATS (HR Smart, preferred), HRIS (Lawson, preferred), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, etc. • Experience with social media niche sites for the purpose of sourcing talent and building a talent pool • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws • Possess excellent intuition and judgment when considering placement of applicants • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner in order to build strong relationships with potential recruits, current applicants, and hiring managers. • Travel Requirements: 30% If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a rewarding career, please take a moment to share your background with us by applying on line.
