Job Details

Principal Duties:

  • Consult with business to identify organizational effectiveness solutions
  • Consult with Business to anticipate, plan for and meet training needs
  • Works with Collaborative team to review and revise established training solutions to ensure effectiveness. Selects and develops training materials.
  • Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Administers programs, enrollment, records and reports via the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Delivers a broad range of training programs that increase job knowledge, develop skills, and influence behavior




Job Related Experience:

Minimum Level: 3-5 years Preferred Level: 6-10 years


Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree (BA)

Preferred Majors:

  • Business - Human Resource Development
  • Business - Organizational Behavior
  • Education - Adult and Continuing Education

Licenses / Certifications: Preferred: SPHR, PHR Preferred: Ken Blanchard, ADI, Achieve Global, DDI, MBTI, Paradigm Learning, Franklin Covey

Technical Skills:

  • MS Word/Word Processing
  • MS Powerpoint/Presentations
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Excel/Spreadsheets
  • SAP/SuccessFactors LMS
  • Adobe Captivate, Adobe presenter, Articulate Storyline, i-Spring
