Picerne Real Estate Group is one of the largest Multi-family and Real Estate firms in the country.  We specialize in both residential and commercial real estate in the Southeast and Puerto Rico.  We are recruiting a highly organized and detailed payroll administrator to work at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL

Essential Functions:

  • Confirm and process payroll.
  • Process benefits and benefits administration.
  • Set up and process new hire paperwork to include prescreening criteria.
  • Assist with year-end paperwork and processing
  • Assist in placing ads for open positions.
  • Handle confidential information and be responsible for the proper use of that information.
  • Understand  workers compensation practices and provide guidance to on site staff.


  • 4 year college degree from an accredited institution
  • ADP experience
  • SHRM certification a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
