Job Details

Position is responsible for assisting in processing of payroll and benefits on bi-weekly basis. The position will assist Human Resources Department in the daily tasks to remain in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, in addition to Agency Policies and Procedures.

  • Completes data entry in ADP Work force now/Essential Learning employee records as assigned in a timely and accurate manner.

  • New hire processing. Meetings, drug tests, packets and system entry.

  • Complete necessary clerical support work for the H/R department

  • Accurately files employee HR/Payroll records in a timely manner.

  • Works independently to insure work is completed in a timely manner.

  • Assist employees with HR/Payroll related questions and needs.

  • Maintain all payroll files.

  • Provide back up for Payroll processing within the ADP payroll system.




Bachelors Degree in a business related field or Associates degree in a business related field and two years of experience or high school diploma and three years of a diverse background in basic accounting practices.  ADP Payroll experience required.
