We are seeking candidates with 5 years recruiting experience. Each candidate should come equipped with great communication skills, the ability to network, and to do research to find top subject matter experts who are ready to be placed.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and growing a client base by marketing our Strategic, Operational, and Transactional solutions.

Business Development is done through marketing to clients via telephone, as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers/decision makers which include Senior-Level executives.

All new hires will enter our intensive training program which is designed to create Consulting Solutions Professionals. This sales development program covers Business Development, Client and Candidate Management, Contract Negotiation, B2B Sales Strategies, Recruitment, Sales Best Practices and the specific “Wheelhouses” we sell and recruit for. Our hands-on training is a mix of seminar style courses, on-the-job coaching, personalized development plans and a dedicated senior mentor. While we will spend significant time on your training, we do not intend to hold you back, and you will have the opportunity to start making money immediately. After successful completion of our 5-day intensive training program during your first week, you will manage your own network of candidates, clients, and have the realistic opportunity to earn six figures in your first year.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Contacting targeted demographic organizations by phone.

·         Set appointments with key decision makers.

·         Using and keeping contact records up to date in our CRM tool.

·         Develop in-depth knowledge of our services and how they relate to customers’ needs

·         Meet with decision makers to close on our recruiting services.

·         Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting quota.




Job requirements:

·         Must have a high level of personal and professional integrity.

·         3 – 5 years of inside/outside business development or sales experience.

·         Must have an extremely high level of personal and professional integrity.

·         Extremely tenacious, disciplined and self-motivated.

·         Goal-driven and motivated to earn commission.

·         Outstanding verbal/written communications skills and business acumen.

·         Able to learn, communicate, and thrive on varying digital platforms.

·         Personable and friendly phone etiquette with the ability to persuade potential contacts to agree to take a meeting regarding our services.

·         Capable of developing immediate rapport to win trust and overcome objections.

·         Must be comfortable and capable of spending up to 80 -85% of the day on the phone and making a minimum of 75 - 100 outbound calls per day with the goal of scheduling 2 solid appointments a day with decision makers.

·         Experience working with a CRM.

Educational requirements

·         Four year degree from an accredited university

This position offers an attractive commission compensation plan.

·         Compensation for this position is: Uncapped Commission + Target Based Incentives - Realistic 1st year earnings for this position are $65,000 total compensation - With our top performers earning well over within their first 12 months!
