Job Details

Key Role:

Support the design, development, and delivery of organization-wide performance management, talent planning, and promotion processes. Apply a proven record of accomplishment and expertise with identifying and implementing innovations and best practices to improve employee performance and development. Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders in the business to consult and demonstrate expertise in performance management business processes. Interface with multiple clients to comprehend business needs and develop effective solutions that balance those needs with corporate stewardship. Use effective communication skills to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of performance management processes, inform and engage employees, and build support for change. Assist with performance management automation and enhancements Workday. Work on solution implementation engagements beyond performance management to support talent and HR programs, as required.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with human resources in a services or high-tech industry

-3+ years of experience with managing projects

-Experience in working with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and develop high-impact solutions

-Experience in supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs focused on performance management and talent planning, including presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

-BA or BS degree 

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 

-BA or BS degree in Human Resources preferred; MA or MS degree in Human Resources or related field a plus

-SPHR Certification
