Job Title: Principal Human Resources Analyst (Recruitment & Selection)

Salary Range: $75,816 - $94,765 - $113,693

Basic Function

The Los Angeles Metro's Talent Acquisition Department is recruiting for a Principal Human Resources Analyst. This position will be working in a team environment with significant responsibilities of developing the most complex recruitment strategies and selection plans in order to obtain Qualified Candidate Pools (QCP's) for open positions within the agency.

 

Requirements for Employment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or other related field
  • 4 years' senior-level experience performing complex human resources work related to the Recruitment & Selection function
  • Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field AND/OR possession of a professional certification in Human Resources or other related field is desirable

 

Successful candidates may demonstrate the following criteria beyond the minimum qualifications:

  • Developing and analysis of recruitment strategies and selection plans for recruitment's under the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (1978)
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, persuade and involve diverse stakeholders using a customer service focus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead assigned teams as well as talent acquisition projects
