Position Summary:


Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, candidate relationship management and metrics. Coordinates talent acquisition for Farm Credit Bank of Texas and provides various talent acquisition services to affiliated lending cooperatives. Represent and promote the organization and affiliated lending cooperatives to student organizations, business organizations, college/universities, and job/career fairs.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field of study or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years recruiting experience across multiple skill disciplines and levels

  • Experience in all aspects of talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion recruiting and retention initiatives. Basic knowledge of employment law as is relates to the recruitment process is required.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and sourcing passive candidates

  • Ability to meet new people and collaborate on work teams

  • Willingness to travel for recruiting events throughout the territory we serve — Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama — and occasionally to other parts of the U.S.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, consultative, organization and prioritization skills. Ability to proactively network and establish strong working relationships. Demonstrated creative writing ability and social media experience.

  • Ability to drive a tractor is not required, but that would be very cool.
