Job Details

Establishes recruiting requirements and processes per organizational plans and objectives, creating and maintaining a strategic recruitment plan.


Attracts a diverse pool of applicants by researching and contacting a variety of community service organizations, colleges, career fairs, employment agencies, recruiters, using social media, and internet sites


Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.


Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyzing responses; references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.


Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.


Manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS OnDemand).


Performs other duties as required


Three to five years’ experience in recruitment and staffing; proficient in the use of

 web based applicant tracking system (ATS OnDemand preferred)


Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to maintain a collegial working relationship with other employees and to present a professional image of the unit to the public


Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality


Positive attitude and strong customer focus


Self-starter and independent problem solver with the ability to anticipate next steps
