Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland)is seeking a Recruiterto join our growing team in Dubuque, Iowa. Under occasional supervision, the Recruiter, is responsible for ensuring efficiencies within the Talent Acquisition team. This will be accomplished through the use of documented processes and technology. This position is also responsible for working with an identified group with their hiring needs.

 

Qualifications:

1Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.

2.Manages relationships with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met

3. 3-5 years’ experience managing an Applicant Tracking system, Workday preferred

4. Creates and posts compelling internal and external job postings
