Geneva Trading is growing! Finding the right people to help us along the way is critical to our success. We are seeking a Recruiter to ensure that we continue to hire the best of the best. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from the intake meetings with hiring managers through the acceptance process. However, your interaction won’t stop there, you will onboard the new employees and be a point of contact throughout their career at Geneva!  You will truly make an impact in this rewarding and challenging role.

Strategic Role:

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the organization in Chicago and Dublin to understand business and hiring goals
  • Build a strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Assist in the development of effective pre-employment testing programs and hiring standards
  • Manage new on-campus recruiting efforts, including building and maintaining campus relationships Consistently improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Stay on top of industry and competitor trends, provide research to management team


Tactical Responsibilities:

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruiting process for new roles
  • Create and post job descriptions
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jobvite, throughout the recruiting process
  • Schedule and conduct phone, Skype, and onsite interviews
  • Collect and provide feedback on candidates
  • Administer reference and background checks on qualified candidates
  • Prepare offer documents and deliver to qualified candidates
  • Send and process onboarding documents, including submitting I-9 documents through e-verify
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees and serve as one of the point of contacts throughout career
  • Analyze and maintain 3rd party job posting boards including LinkedIn, Indeed, and university career sites
  • Coordinate logistics and attend career fairs at key universities
  • Manage 3rd party hiring and technology  relationships 


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting role
  • IT and/or financial recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Professional and positive demeanor
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and prior experience with an ATS and HRIS is preferred
  • Passion for providing candidates and new employees with the best possible experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
