We have a full time opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to join our forward thinking, innovative HR Recruitment team, supporting the third largest comprehensive health care system in Maine......to enhance every day the health of the people of the greater Kennebec Valley region.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate MaineGeneral Values and Standards at all times

• Develop and maintain successful working relationships with hiring managers to support their efforts to identify current and future staffing needs

• Create effective job postings and proactively source top talent, developing strategies to seek passive candidates for hot jobs/hard to fill positions

• Actively contribute to team efforts to identify opportunity for process improvement

• Remain current and comply with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a minimum of two years' recent recruitment experience, developing professional work relationships, talent pools and candidate pipelines

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Demonstrate exceptional communication/computer skills

• Hold HR Certification: PHR/SHRM-CP (preferred)

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
