Integrity Management Services, Inc. (IntegrityM) a leading healthcare consulting firm in the Alexandria, VA area is seeking a HR/Recruiting Intern to work onsite with our Human Resources and Recruiting team supporting recruiting and human resources activities. Applicants enrolled either in their Junior or Senior year at a university in the Washington, DC area are strongly encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruiting, be a self -starter, and must be able to handle a fast paced work environment. Applicants must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.



Requirements

·        General understanding of Recruiting.

·        High energy with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

·        Solid Microsoft Office suite skills and have experience formatting, editing and working in Microsoft Word.

·        Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

·        Excellent phone and in person relationship-building skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking with potential candidates, customers, employees and other organizations.

·        Interest in pursuing a career in human resources, recruiting, or similar profession.

·        Enthusiastic individuals who can work effectively in a dynamic environment both in a team as well as independently is a must! All candidates MUST pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment. Local candidates preferred.
