Job Details

The HR team at TRANZACT is looking for a creative and skilled communicator to aid in all recruitment efforts for our company. This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader and other members of the HR team to source and interview candidates, develop descriptive and accurate job descriptions, and implement new processes/ programs. This position requires a high level of organization as well as great interpersonal skills.

The specific responsibilities of the Recruiting Associate include:

  • Strategic sourcing of both passive and active job seekers using various recruitment channels
  • Screening candidates to ensure only the most qualified candidates are identified for interviews
  • Coordinating and maintaining job requisition process
  • Participating in the fast-paced, high-volume recruitment of sales agents for our various sales centers
  • Managing and conducting candidate interviews for various positions
  • Providing qualitative feedback on candidates and assessments of their skills
  • Developing different types of job summaries, including both:
    • Eye-grabbing, pithy job postings that attract candidates' attention
    • Detailed job descriptions that clearly lay out responsibilities and requirements of position
  • Working closely with all of HR including interacting with colleagues who work in our sales center locations
  • Composing and posting job descriptions in ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment websites
  • Asses ROI by analyzing our recruitment channels, types of candidates, retention rates, etc.
    • Responsible for all recruitment analytics and ultimately using these analytics to help identify optimal recruitment methods
  • Ensuring the organization and standardization of various HR materials
    • Including on-boarding documents, job descriptions, job profiles, and more
  • Conducting background and reference checks
  • Participating in the on-boarding of new employees
  • Supporting human resources in implementing any/all internal and external staffing programs that satisfy the needs of an evolving organization



What You Need for This Job:


  • Previous experience in a recruitment or Human Resources role
  • Experience managing and utilizing social media and recruitment platforms
    • LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Facebook, etc.
  • Great networking and relationship building skills
  • High level of organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • BS/BA degree in human resources or related field
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and retain great employees
    • an emphasis on talent acquisition with respect to employer branding


What We Would Love to See


  • Previous experience with ADP applicant tracking system
  • Previous experience with a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment
