The Recruiter is responsible for acquiring new talent for all new and existing positions throughout kalèo as well as all facets of the recruiting process. This includes developing and improving corporate, technical, and national sales recruiting plans through executing sourcing strategies and utilizing all available resources.




  • Develop and execute recruiting plan
  • Utilize network, existing contacts, recruiting agencies, and web based resources to include social media such as LinkedIn
  • Ensure proper protocol is adhered to in the recruiting process including the procedure for the Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage the interviewing process for both external and internal applicants
  • Conduct all employment references as necessary
  • Communicate recruitment status to appropriate stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the rejection letter process
  • Work with Hiring Managers to timely fill positions
  • Assist with developing the profile and job descriptions for approved positions
  • Work with Human Resources Manager to ensure recruitment efforts are in line with the Affirmative Action Plan
  • Responsible for invoicing as related to recruitment and looking for opportunities to drive down costs
  • Contribute to employee retention through quality recruitment
  • Responsible for all recruitment record keeping
  • Assist in other areas of Human Resources as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in recruiting, ideally with technical positions
  • A proven track record managing recruitment for a dynamic organization and ability to work in a fast paced and innovative environment
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Travel occasionally required
