We are currently seeking two Regional Directors for our Morristown and Northwest NJ locations. The individuals selected will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall Human Resources services, policies and programs as well as partnering with facility leadership to ensure alignment of HR strategies and initiatives. This will include:

  • Serving as the HR leader, providing staff supervision with direct leadership for workforce experience consultants and business partners
  • Designing strategic and tactical processes to promote high engagement and encourage HR innovation across business units
  • Providing effective workforce experiences in order to produce a high degree of employee engagement, improved retention and reduced turnover
  • Assisting with talent management and succession planning
  • Building value of the HR team experience
  • Providing regional administrative leadership (personnel administration, budgetary planning/implementation, etc)
  • Helping to analyze business needs for organization planning, development and training
  • Developing, recommending and implementing operating procedures and programs within the region to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Facilitating implementation of change management initiatives to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values and performance expectations.

Ideal candidates will have Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years HR leadership experience. HR Business Partner and healthcare background required; HR certification (CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred. Strong communication, customer service, organization, problem-solving and computer skills a must, as is detail-orientation and the ability to handle multiple projects.
