Job Details

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support for three to five assigned affiliated facilities. Serves as an HR consultant to the facility administrator and business leaders on business and human capital related issues.

The Regional HR Business Partner proactively assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and issues, and works towards the most effective resolution. The Regional HR Business Partner will take an active role in shaping and implementing the work with/through the business unit managers and share in the responsibility of business unit goals.  They will provide training and education sessions as an extention of the SRHC Leadership Institute.  And work closely with the Director of HR, the Manager of Talent Management, the Manager of Comp/Benefits/HRIS and the Vice President of HR to implement HR-related solutions, processes, tools and training.


  • Minimum Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum Experience
    • Three years experience in Human Resources
    • Healthcare Human Resource experience preferred
  • Required Registration/License/Certification
    • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CSP, CHHR, or related Human Resource certification obtained within 1st year of employment
