Job Details

Austin Capital Retirement Plan Services, LLC is seeking entry level and experienced Relationship Managers ("RM") to manage corporate retirement plan clients. The RM will serve as the high touch consultant who will interact with the internal "high tech" recordkeeping team and external financial advisors, as well as directly with the clients.

Relationship Manager duties include:

  • Managing the day to day relationship with clients;
  • Reviewing retirement accounts on a proactive basis;
  • Responding to requests from clients;
  • Interacting and collaborating with internal recordkeeping team members;
  • Reviewing (as required) compliance reports with client account sponsors and advisors;
  • Reviewing client accounts for consulting needs on at least an annual basis
  • Deliver high customer service and maintain client retention by displaying professional behavior, a high level of organization and time management
  • Participate in company training and remain knowledgeable and current on Retirement Plan regulations, products, plan structures, best practices and products.
  • Stay abreast of company policies, systems, processes and technology.
  • Perform data entry and general office/administrative support duties as needed
  • Assist other departments/teams as needed

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Business and consultative communication skills
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Must be very comfortable working with computers and CRMs
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to rapidly learn new procedures and technologies as needed
  • Willingness to complete American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries course
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field OR related industry experience
