Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Works closely with Sales Enterprise Candidates, Internal Recruiters, External Recruiters, and other Human Resource professionals in support of business' hiring needs; Managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process acting as a liaison between the internal & external Sales Enterprise Recruitment Team and the Internal Stakeholders to quickly expedite qualified candidates through the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Proactively source, access, interview and hire qualified candidates. This includes posting jobs,  networking and sourcing with across multiple candidate development channels, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Partner with HR Talent Acquisition team to directly source and recruit candidates through direct recruiting efforts focused on our critical talent segments.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of recruitment life cycle including
  • Build strong relationships with the Global Talent Acquisition team, multiple stakeholders in HR and hiring managers to lead a positive end to end candidate experience.

Requirements

Primary Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recent talent acquisition recruiting and candidate sourcing experience in a corporate or agency setting
  • 2+ years combined recruiting experience focused on software sales and solutions roles within a fast-moving, highly dynamic global technology and/or software and solutions company (or agency including clients in this line of business) or 5+ years experience technical recruiting in the same environment. 
  • Excellent follow-through, sense of urgency, ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient.
  • Demonstrated strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with hiring managers.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to customers/clients in a clear, focused and concise manner.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).

 Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years corporate recruiting, sourcing and recruitment administration/account management experience for a software sales solutions or technology company
  • Prior experience in an information technology focused sales roles
  • Robust well-established network and social media presence within the enterprise sales community

Education

4-year Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field; or High School diploma or equivalency with a combination of education and experience.
