Job Details

The Human Resource Business Partner will provide a full range of HR services for select clients in the Allston Biologics site and be a key driver of the people strategy for the site. In this role, the HRBP will build and sustain relationships with all levels of the client group and will be a key member of the Site HRBP team.  This role will effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of employee relations, talent management and development, succession planning, change management, work force planning, organization development and design, performance management, and employee relations.  The HRBP will collaborate with HR centers of expertise (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Shared Services) to diagnose, develop and deliver solutions to support client groups. The person in this role should have proven experience understanding business concepts and aligning business needs with HR support and solutions to move the business ahead in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years direct experience OR Master's degree with at least 8 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications

-         Biotech, pharmaceutical or regulated environment experience

-          PHR or SPHR Certification
