Senior HR Analyst, Payroll, HRIS and Benefits

Position Summary
 
Seeking an intelligent, detail oriented Senior Analyst to support the growth of our business and to own and manage compliance for the company.  This role is a blend of HRIS, benefits, and payroll duties, among other projects. You will work closely with our HR and Finance teams, benefit brokers and other team members to maintain and enhance our benefit compliance and TuneIn’s various HR and Payroll processes. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, systems-savvy and possesses a very strong understanding of HR compliance, process and procedures.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the HR systems suite (HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management) to ensure data integrity
  • Perform system audits and testing activities
  • Deliver various reports and analytics to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage the processing of semi-monthly payroll for 150+ employees, including hourly employee calculations
  • Handle other payroll related responsibilities such as out of cycle processing of manual checks, running reports, and maintaining compliance records
  • Under direction from Senior Manager, coordinate, administer, and communicate benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and retirement programs; maintain any additional staff records as needed
  • With direction from Senior Manager and Corporate Controller, manage and maintain TuneIn stock option benefits, including documentation and reporting
  • Maintain enrollment and compliance with federal and state programs (Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, COBRA)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and reporting requirements (OSHA 300, EEO-1, Form 5500s, SFHCSO, etc.)
  • Implement automated solutions and efficient processes to ensure that we can scale for growth
  • Manage contract process for Independent Contractors, as needed
  • Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality and be able to work with many levels of staff within the Company
  • Perform other duties (administrative, reporting and special projects) as requested by management

Requirements

 
  • HRIS experience required; ADP Workforce Now and Bamboo HR viewed favorably
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Superior organization and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
  • Ability and desire to articulate and suggest other potential pathways of accomplishing objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in Human Resources compliance
