Position Summary

This position will be the main support for the Benefits (Health & Wellness and Global Mobility) team to help manage administration


  • Oversight of ACA administration across Dover's 30 companies including oversight of vendor management
  • Support special projects like global benefits, acquisitions, key global relocation roles, etc.
  • Manage key supplier relationships such as medical and pharmacy carriers and review changes to plan design
  • Provide key input on plan design changes
  • Oversee pharmacy coalition through benefit consultant
  • Provide support on global employment matters related to tax, legal, immigration to Global Mobility program
  • Manage wellness program to execution: manage Dover's vendor, work with operating companies on their needs, execute Dover's strategy on targeted wellness program, monitor reporting and evaluate impact
  • Oversee Annual enrollment process by managing vendor including finding ways to improve current processes
  •  Support financial monthly P&L process of a self-insured healthcare plan
  • Critical support in shared services strategy design
  • Provide support on healthcare communication tools and strategy



  • Education -  Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant experience in benefits and/or mobility
  • Supplier management experience is critical
  • Experience in service delivery environment is a must.
  • Healthcare knowledge
  • Wellness program experience is helpful
  • Data analytics  and reporting analytics helpful
  • 7+ years of HR  and/or Health & Wellness industry experience
