The Sr. HR Analyst - Compensation, develops, models, and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to the company's long range plan and competitive practices.


  • Conduct internal and external compensation analyses and use third party market data to ensure competitiveness of company compensation programs for our various positions.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, procedures and designation of different compensation regions and recommend plan revisions.

  • Provide advice on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.

  • Generate and reconcile monthly Turnover Reports and other reports as requested by the SVP, Teammate Resources.

  • Develop and present annual Merit Budget in United States and the other countries where the Company operates.

  • Research and recommend solutions that are aligned with the overall business needs, balancing external market competitive data, internal team member preferences, and financial impacts.

  • Build and maintain pay structures and provide recommendations.

  • Report on compensation policies, guidance, procedures, and best practices during the monthly Teammate Resources all-hands meeting.

  • Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.



Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field.

  • Six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in compensation.

  • Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.

  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel must be demonstrated in the interview.

  • Experience in SAP HR system.

  • Must have excellent analytical ability and able to synthesize large data sets to form recommendations.

  • Must be able to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks, manage details and deliver results in an environment with competing demands.

    Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources and/or CCP.
