Job Details

Provide organizational and technical expertise to HR Business Partners and AHC Management, providing guidance and interpretation of various compensation programs and policies. Collaborate on the high-level compensation program revision, development, and/or re-design. Produce people analytics data to inform leaders of talent management, selection, retention, and advancement insights. Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the compensation department. Manage job evaluation and market pricing activities to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, while adhering to AHC's over-arching compensation philosophy.



Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field. Master's degree preferred Minimum 8 years relevant experience in compensation, research or business Supervisory or project leadership experience preferred Knowledge of Workday desired; Proficient in excel Deep knowledge of compensation principals and best practices Business Acumen Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Knowledge of Human Resources principals and best practices Preparation of written reports and presentations for varied audiences including senior management Research methods and data analysis skills and ability to interpret and provide recommendations Negotiation and problem solving skills Experience in healthcare a plus Knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local regulations Excellent communication skills
