Premier Hospitality Company headquartered in central Florida is offering an exceptional opportunity for an innovative thinker capable of launching a comprehensive leadership development, talent management, and succession planning strategy for a high growth company employing associates throughout the US.
Reporting to the senior leader of Human Resources, the Senior Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a talent development strategy designed to support, assess, and develop all levels of associates. This leader will create and drive a progressive performance management platform and build a talent bench/pipeline with a laser focus on the retention and growth of high potential individuals.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience developing all levels of leaders and a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering best-in-class talent management initiatives, in addition to the ability to think strategically and translate strategies to actionable plans, and be highly versed in LMS platforms. A bachelor’s degree is required, and prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desired.
