Region Ten Community Services Board seeks to fill the position of Senior Director for its Center for Quality Improvement and Standards.   Region Ten CSB, situated in the beautiful foothills of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, serves adults and children living in the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Greene, Fluvanna, Louisa and Nelson through the provision of mental health, intellectual disability, crisis and substance use services.  As a Senior Director, the incumbent is an integral part of the Agency’s Leadership Team, establishing policy and services to guide and develop a staff of over 600 working to enrich our community one life at a time.  The position provides strategic direction to the departments of Compliance Services, Medical Records, Utilization Management, Training and Human Resources to articulate a clear vision of service quality and type for the Agency.  The role is accountable for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of Agency program compliance with standards, personnel policies, state licensing requirements, state and federal regulations, Medicaid, and other evaluation measures. An insightful and systems-oriented leader who is able to develop teams and model services to affect desired outcomes will enjoy fulfilling this role.  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree in a human services field, Human resources field, or business management field is required.   $84,138.73 minimum, negotiable.
