Job Details

Responsible for leading  executive and broad-based compensation administration in the US.
  • Implements and analyzes compensation programs for executives, officers and other top key positions, including short- and long-term incentive plans, financial and tax treatment of compensation programs, and proxy disclosure and analysis
  • Performs ad hoc analysis related to executive compensation programs
  • Manage broad based compensation programs including base pay, short-term incentives and long-term incentives
  • Maintain global job architecture to ensure jobs are levelled appropriately across the organization
  • Conduct analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the company's pay practices
  • Perform complex analysis using Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables, subtotal functions, etc
  • Partner with HRBPs to support the compensation needs of the organization, including reviewing offer proposals, promotions, etc.
  • Oversee the Administration of the Employee Stock purchase program by calculating the shares to be purchased for employees, determining refund amounts based on IRS maximum regulations, and transferring shares via the transfer agent
  • Assist in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review and merit programs
  • Lead compensation survey participation for different survey vendors annually
  • Oversee the annual compensation review process in Workday
  • Perform special project work such as Global Mobility program design, administration and 

Requirements

Required:

  • BS Degree in related field
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel Skills 

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 8 years Compensation experience with at least 5 years in Executive Compensation
  • Workday experience
  • PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Word proficiency
  • Advanced Degree in HR or Finance
