Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world.  To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Sr. HR Business Analyst to work as part of our HR Operations team.


Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to focus on building global dashboards, reports, and analytics utilizing HR and Talent Acquisition data. They will drive the development and maintenance of standard reporting capabilities, provide the quantitative explanation and relevance of the data as well as perform an ongoing analysis of alternative solutions to providing same.  Partners with stakeholders in all parts of the company to assess and understand needs and develop action plans to achieve them.  This role will also guide and train HR team members relative to reporting and HR process as well as provide general operations support.  They will report to and work closely with the Sr. Manager HR Operations and contribute to the ongoing achievement of our HR tech stack roadmap and goals.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Create weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and special reporting and analysis as needed
  • Create process for the maintenance of accurate master data, conducting regular cadence of audits to ensure data integrity.  Ensures accuracy of data through partnerships with HR team members as well as providing continual data validation and spot checks
  • Align with HRBP’s, SME’s and business leaders to ensure standard dashboards and reports meet current and ongoing needs
  • Evaluates data from multiple sources, reconciles differences and provides a consistent approach and interpretation to results
  • Interprets analysis, identifies trends, patterns and issues and develops recommendations to support business objectives
  • Develop and implement best in class solutions for HR operations delivery, own HR process continual improvement; analyze for efficiency, compliance, scalability and sustainability
  • Drive HR audits, system implementations and upgrades


Job Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years HR experience
  • BA in HR or related field preferred
  • Demonstrable advanced MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint capability; experience with data visualization principles
  • Ability to remain highly productive while managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities
  • Adept at navigating a complex, matrixed organization
  • Exceptional communication skills; demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users
  • 5-7 years experience with HRIS and ATS systems, preferably Workday and Jobvite; ADP experience helpful
  • Experience in an HR Shared Services environment
  • Project management skill and experience required
  • SOX experience helpful
