We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist who has the qualifications outlined below to join our centralized, international Human Resources department at our company headquarters in Raleigh, NC.


The Senior Human Resources Generalist (SHRG) is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Will work closely with senior HR management in supporting the objectives and goals of the department and of the organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, on-boarding, training, performance management, recruitment, employment, governmental reporting and employment law compliance.


  1. Domestic and International Benefit Administration
  2. Injury Reporting, Management, and Communication.
  3. Internal and Governmental Reporting
  4. Recruiting
  5. New Hire Processing& On-boarding
  6. Personnel Status Changes
  7. Maintain records in accordance to internal procedures and retention policies.
  8. Write and/or maintain HR SOP’s.
  9. Employee Engagement Programs (Established)


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a major university in business and with HR concentration preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources serving in similar capacity.
  • Takes ownership and pride in his/her work.
  • PC Proficient; Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
