Munson Healthcare, northern Michigan’s leading health care system, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst. Our nine-hospital system is in the midst of exciting development and is well positioned for continued growth and success. The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical point-of-contact for front/back-end HRIS users and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvements. They also support HRIS upgrades and lead the process of researching and applying patches and testing, documentation, maintenance and training.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field and 5-8 years of applicable experience with Lawson or similar HRIS platform required. PHR/SPHR are preferred.
