Job Details

Support global human resource information systems (HRIS) through the development, automation, and implementation of standardized processes throughout the organization. Includes global project management responsibility of new SAP SuccessFactors system. Assures the integrity and reliability of the global HRIS. Interacts with global HR teams to optimize systems and improve the efficiency of existing applications to ensure continuous improvement of common HR functions. Gathers, analyzes and interprets data (e.g., headcount, turnover) to assist in formulating HR business decisions.

Requirements

 

  • Global HRIS
    • o   Successfully lead the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team(s) over five-year implementation period to ensure a successful global implementation of all SAP SuccessFactors modules.
    • o   Act as main point of contact with SuccessFactors implementation consultant to ensure project milestones are being met.
    • o   Support design of SAP SuccessFactors as effectively as possible so that it provides value and efficiencies to both HR and the organization.
    • o   Accountable for the functionality, processes, reliability and integrity of global HRIS system.
    • o   Act as super user of global HRIS system and provides standard reporting and training to end users.
    • o   Constantly assesses improvement opportunities in global HRIS area and recommends and implements those improvements.
    • o   Builds standard system processes for administrator consistency and conducts regular audits to assure compliance.
    • o   Understands and uses problem-solving methodology to correct errors and issues that are system related.
    • o   Establishes security levels for different users and acts as global security administrator for SAP SuccessFactors.
    • o   Motivated to understand HR and business processes at a local level in order to design HRIS solutions that meet those needs.
  • Other HRIS
    • o   Working knowledge of local timekeeping (e.g., Plex) and payroll systems to understand how they fit into global HRIS data architecture.
    • o   Supports other HRIS business needs of the Company (i.e. - benefits, compensation, payroll, labor negotiations) and responds to ad-hoc requests from users.
    • Data Analysis
      • o   Creates and posts global HR dashboards including safety reports, headcount, turnover, attendance rate, etc. and creates annual EEO report, AAP reporting, etc.
      • o   Distributes global HRIS reporting to the organization or automates same in global HRIS (e.g., headcount, turnover).
      • May take lead in corporate compensation functions, such as job descriptions, merit increase process, salary structure maintenance, etc.

Education

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Business Administration or related field

 

Experience

Minimum: Five-plus years HRIS or related experience.  Extensive technical and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint. Ability to generate reports using query and reporting tools. Strong project management skills.

 

Preferred: Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred. Experience managing or administrating HRIS on a global basis. Creative problem-solver. Strong understanding of database and system architecture. Experience with compensation preferred (e.g., understanding of merit increase process, job evaluation/descriptions, salary structures).

 

Additional Considerations

  • Domestic and international travel up to 25%.
