$93,912.00 - $135,624.00 Annually, Plus Excellent Benefits

East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) invites qualified applicants to apply for a Senior Human Resources Analyst position in the Employee and Organizational Development Division (EOD). Reporting to the Division Manager, the individual selected will have major responsibility for leading EBMUD's Leadership Academies, and supporting EBMUD's organizational development and change projects (values). The selected candidate will also partner with other EOD team members in the design, coordination, and facilitation management and professional development training programs for entry and middle tier management of EBMUD.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with experience and skills to contribute in the following areas:
• Leadership and Management Development
• Training Development and Delivery
• Organizational Change Management
• Group/Work Team Facilitation
• Performance Consulting
• Work Process Improvement
• Retreat and Meeting Design and Facilitation

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in:
• curriculum development
• multiple forms of learning media
• in-house consulting skills
• effective verbal and written communication skills
• the ability to manage multiple competing interests with diplomacy and tact
• be experienced in guiding conflict resolution
• work collaboratively and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization; and
• be able to respond to changing demands with flexibility and innovation. 

The annual salary is $93,912 up to $135,624. Initial placement within the range is based upon qualifications. Appointment is typically made at or below the control point ($122,088 per year). 


Any combination of education and experience that has led to the acquisition of the knowledge and abilities indicated above. Typical means of acquiring the essential knowledge and abilities is a combination of training and experience equivalent to:

• A bachelor's degree AND

• Three years of professional personnel experience in the field of employee development, training, and organizational development.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
