We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition/HR to support our growing PCH/Media team, based in our NYC office. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, people-oriented and collaborative individual with proven talent acquisition experience in the ad tech space. Ad Tech Sales recruitment experience is a plus!


Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Leading recruitment efforts for the PCH/Media team by partnering with the hiring managers to determine staffing & organization needs and developing a talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends in Ad Tech by attending trade shows and conferences

  • Partnering with HR Director to create and maintain Company career site and all other social media content

  • Partnering with managers and employees to provide support/advice on performance management, HR policies, leadership development and training

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus

  • 5+ years leading talent recruitment in Ad Tech/Digital Space

  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and collaboration

  • Travel to Portland, Maine (approximately 20% of the time)
